ATU - ATP(A) MODULAR THEORETICAL TRAINING

COURSE OBJECTIVES

To equip PPL (A) holders with the theoretical knowledge at the ATP (A) level.

The total duration of “Modular ATPL (A) Theoretical Training” designed for pilots holding a Private Pilot License in accordance with ICAO Annex 1 is 650 hours.

Arrangements for theoretical and flight training sessions designed for the pilots holding CPL (A) or IR (A), CPL/IR(A) certificates and serving on state aircrafts will be added at the license application stage.

ATPL(A) MODULAR THEORETICAL COURSE FOR PPL(A) HOLDERS

Please note regarding our ATPL(A) Theoretical Training Course:

Only PPL (A) Private Pilot License holders may register for the ATPL (A) modular theoretical training course. ATPL(A) modular theoretical training course students are to complete the theoretical training course as per international standards, and take the ATPL(A) theoretical training exams at the exam centers of the DGCA.

Application Conditions for the ATPL(A) Theoretical Training Course:

· Minimum 18 years of age;

· Having been graduated from a high school or any equivalents,

· A valid Class 1 health certificate from health care institutions approved by the DGCA,

· An appropriate criminal archive record,

· 022 - Flight Instruments (31.40 hours)

· 033 - Flight Planning and Monitoring (43.20 hours)

· 040 - Human Performance and Limitations (46.40 hours)

· 050 - Meteorology (70.00 hours)

· 061 - General Navigation (70.00 hours)
