NR NIGHT FLIGHT
COURSE OBJECTIVES
To equip students with skills necessary for flying as pilot in command under night visual flight rules and grant Night Flight License at the end of the program.
PREREQUISITES
AGE, EDUCATION, HEALTH
· A PPL(A) license;
· Minimum 18 years of age;
· Having been graduated from a high school or any equivalents,
· A Class 1 health certificate issued by the DGCA.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS BY THE AUTHORITY
· Applicants must have a PPL(A) license and flight training must include 5-hour night flights, 3 of which should be dual flights and 1 of which should be a minimum (50km-27NM) Navigation Night-Flight with 5 single take-off and 5 single full-stop landings.
· Trainees are to take compliance monitoring and safety management system training within the scope of ground courses.
